Over the years, my experience and work in spearheading and administering projects and my  desire to work on such activities  has helped  organizations to move forward.

Below are a few of the projects executed under my supervision;

Jan 2008 – June 2010

  • Established and instilled rigorous financial controls and provided value added commercial advice to management at Mauritania and Ghana in West Africa

Jan 2008 – June 2010

  • Established effective process and efficient cost control systems and encouraged use of ANSI (Authorization for New Stock Item) and purchase order system in other to ensure better use of credit terms for cash flow improvement at Mauritania in West Africa.

Jan 2008 – June 2010

  • Successfully implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to integrate all commercial activities for a remote gold mine with Sun Business and Mainpac at Mauritania in West Africa

Jan 2008 – June 2010

  • Project Accounting team member for Plant Expansion EPCM worth ($44M) in Mauritania.

August 2010 – June 2012

  • Project Accounting team member for Plant Construction EPCM worth ($140M) in Ghana.

July 2013 – June 2014

  • Achieved budgeted Cash Cost per oz, with business and continuous improvement (BI&CI) in Ghana.
  • Assisted the mines to achieve gold production target of 100,000 ounces for Nzema.
  • Implemented Gold Sales Accounting at Nzema Mine site in Ghana.
  • Advised management on derivatives structure that complied with Ghana tax laws and future deductibility.
